Job Description
The Senior Analyst Research will be overlooking analysis and research at Expo; he shall provide constant update and information on socio-economical drivers, tourism factors, demographics and patterns in order to support various department in their planning exercises.
The Senior Analyst Research will work closely with different departments to ensure planning and seamless implementation of all data, data collection processes and business intelligence related topics at Expo. He will also work closely with the commercial and marketing functions, supporting them with any analysis required in order to support our visitation targets.

Responsibilities:

• Work with risk management to carry out any risk modeling scenarios as and when required, work closely with the Bureau to update our UAE information database;

• Provide Airlines Traffic and Tourists Trend analysis to support Sales and Marketing functions;

• Support the business functions by understanding their business model and define the analytical elements that would support their daily operation pre-event, during and post event;

• Provide benchmarking and SWOT analysis, define the correlation between different data sources, assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field
  
  
• Must have excellent project and stakeholders management skills, with the mental agility to covers various topics at the same time
  
  
• Excellent quantitative research skills, excellent technical computer skills – Microsoft Office
  
  
• Advanced Excel modeling skills, proficient in SPSS is preferred
  
  
• Market and Trend analysis experience, expertise in ETL process and SQL queries is a plus
