Job Description
As a Security Receptionist, you will oversee facility access, permitting authorized persons to enter property and monitoring entrances and exits. This position plays a critical role in the overall security program and the success of client. The Security Receptionist plays a unique role in making the first impression with quests and customers and highlights the client brand.

Responsibilities:

• Access control; permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits
• Notify the appropriate personnel in an emergency; sound alarms or calls police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
• Notify, direct, and assist emergency personnel in the event of an emergency 
• Direct visitors to the appropriate areas; provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Requirements:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass any State-required training and any other qualifications for licensing
• If previously employed, meaningful and verifiable work history
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
