Position: Training Manager
Manage the training division which includes field & classroom trainers and brand consultants. Designing and developing comprehensive training and development plan (overall or individualized) that addresses needs and expectations. Organizing, planning and implementing retail training strategy

Responsibilities:

• Development of product training materials
• Development of sales/soft training materials
• Imparting sales training to Distributor sales staff

Requirements:

• Graduate or Master’s degree
• At least 5+ years of extensive experience in Appliances business or within a consumer electronics environment with reputed companies.
• A track record of success within UAE, profile should be possible to check his or her reputation with current (or old) HR department
