Job Description
is responsible for leading the Aesthetic Injectables sales operations in the assigned territories and implementing sales and promotional strategies through supervising, coaching, and guiding a team of Product Specialists to achieve a set of objectives including sales target and career development

Responsibilities:

1. Support Sales team in setting own target, marketing and sales program.
2. Supervise, lead, direct, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve the overall sales target and objectives.
3. Assist the Sales Manager in monitoring, revising and implementing the sales strategies, objective and plans and complete all assigned duties.
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and aesthetic HCPs in designated provinces.
5. Assist and support sales teams with questions, concerns and product/service questions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science or any scientific related degree.
2. 5-7 years of sales experience in a medical related field, of which, minimum of 3 years in aesthetic injectables.
3. 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
4. Previous experience in fillers market in terms of technical understanding and geography.
5. Proficient with Microsoft office Applications.
