Job Description
You are the sales ambassador for this amazing new property based in central Sutton, through research & networking you will attract both corporate and leisure guests to the hotel, you will host showrounds of the property and share your passion for sales with your team mates.

Responsibilities:

1. Day to day management of reservations, working alongside front office team leader
2. Research and develop business leads across both corporate & leisure segments
3. Actively participate in revenue meetings with GM & Revenue Manager
4. Host showrounds of the hotel and network within local business community
5. Develop social media’s and plan the appropriate content for both hotel & charlies corner food & beverage concept

Requirements:

1. Relevant front office experience is an asset
2. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
