Job Description
The HR Intern contributes in assisting the HR department through handling the administrative tasks and providing the support in recruitment

Responsibilities:

1. Sort CV’s generated through ads and walk-in’s and maintain a pool of CV’s.
2. Review applicants’ CVs to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
3. Perform reference and background checks for potential employees
4. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
5. Coordinate with local and international preferred recruitment agencies for external recruitment campaigns.

Requirements:

1. Exceptional written and oral communication skills
2. Excellent organizational and planning skills
3. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail
4. Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
5. Able to share and receive feedback
