Position: Order Taker – F&B Room Service
Dubai, UAE
The order taker is the first contact between the guest and the Room Service. Handle the room service call professionally and in a timely manner
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all colleagues’ activities adhere to and support the JA Resorts & Hotels standards.
- Greet guests with names and be of any assistance to the guests.
- Take down the Food and Beverage orders accurately and up-sell items if necessary.
- Inform the guest about the duration or the time limit of the order.
- Punch the order in POS system properly as per the guest order.
- Post the bills through the POS system after checking the correct name and room number.
