Job Description
We are looking for someone to join a new and exciting role joining the Carrier Management team. This newly created role will consist of managing our Returns & CMS partners, as well as undertaking the internal business requirements to support the future growth and strategy

Responsibilities:

• Performance manage all third parties to the agreed contractual KPI’s through the review of daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting.
• Represent the Boohoo group at the weekly performance review meeting and Monthly Business Review meetings.
• Work alongside key business stakeholders such as Tech, Operations, Customer Services, Finance and Procurement
• Oversee commercial responsibilities to support budgets and cost initiatives

Requirements:

• Carrier & logistics industry experience required (UK & International)
• A good understanding of Carrier & Returns Management providers
• Operational knowledge
• Ability to challenge and work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners
