Job Description
As Restaurant Manager you will join a committed Food & Beverage team, driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ guest experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for taking the lead in driving an increase in business across all FIVE outlets
• Provide a professional and courteous service at all times and ensure that all employees of the assigned outlet follow the set example
• Ensure that the place of work and surrounding areas are kept clean and organised at all times
• Inspire the team to execute the highest level of service standards at all times
• Understand the concept(s) of the outlet(s) thoroughly and train all employees of the outlet(s) in regards to the concept(s)
• Be knowledgeable of the existing POS systems

Requirements:

• Commitment to delivering exceptional F&B services with a passion
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience at a senior management level, from a hospitality / restaurant background (UAE experience desirable)
