Job Description
As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active environment. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing solutions that push groundbreaking boundaries

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Spa and Wellness programs
  • Market and brand the Spa
  • Oversee of all operations of Spa
  • Manage budgets and control costs
  • Implement SOP’s and company policies
  • Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa Team
  • Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in Spa treatment rooms

Requirements:

  • Over 5+ years of Spa operational experience
  • International 5* chain hotel experience will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of specific spa industry applications is desirable, such as spa soft
