Position: Recreation Manager – $2000 Sign-On Bonus
The Operations Manager- Recreation is a highly visible role with constant guest contact. Managing the overall non-F&B pool operations, this role collaborates closely with the F&B department, ensuring that guests enjoy a seamless service experience at the pool decks.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, managing and executing participative, locally and culturally relevant activities and experiences
• Develop and recommend activations, concept and objectives.
• Implement and maintain sales/marketing programs to effectively manage pool occupancies between hotel guests and non-guests (i.e. from Resortpass.com).
