Position: Receptionist Cum Customer Service Coordinator
- Answering and re-directing phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Welcome & assist visitors.
- Prepare Oman insurance, maintain log, submit to Credit team and EIIB monthly.
- Prepare NOCs for gate pass, tracking device, petrol card, parking cards or accident.
- Manage complaint log & ensure completion of resolution/closure of each complaint.
- Manage Lost & Found – maintain log, items and update the customer.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication
- Good telephone communication etiquette
- Organized and resourceful
- Customer-focused
