Inspiring and engaging. As a Reception Manager, you will show your leadership and interpersonal strengths to maximize the Rooms Operations, and ensure an exceptional guest journey

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Assistant Front Office Manager in the management of the Front Desk team.
• Assist Assistant Front Office Manager in the administration running of the department.
• Ensure the accuracy of guest accounts and accurate invoicing and debiting the guests credit cards.
• Carefully supervise the tasks of the Receptionists and Duty Managers and in doing so ensuring a smooth handling of guest stays.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
