Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join Etihad as a Quantity Surveyor. In this role you will add value by bringing your civil engineering expertise to high profile projects locally and internationally across the Etihad Aviation Group

Responsibilities:

• Manage the definition of properties requirements and sourcing to support in RFP evaluation
• Oversee national and international market research and evaluate lease portfolio performance to identify efficiencies opportunities
• Perform site visits and assessments to support in the decision making process by providing relevant input
• Conduct lease negotiations to maximize cost efficiencies opportunities
• Support in defining business cases and presentations to facilitate business approval
• Collaborate with Legal to ensure legal input is included into lease agreements

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (2 years or more).
• Minimum of 7 years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
