Position: Quantity Surveyor
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team! In this role you will get to perform variety of standard estimating activities on an assigned project/program.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare contract documents and agreements.
- Prepare prequalification documents and pre-tender reports.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities and cost estimates.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
- 8+ years work experience as QS, 5 years of which is in the UAE involving road/infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of pre and post contract administration.
