Job Description

1. Manage and lead activities to ensure the quality management systems for AHCC is maintained in line with all standard and regulatory requirements.
2. Main point of contact for all quality issues relating to AHCC and Loughton laboratory.
3. Manage Quality Assurance specialist.
4. Support monitor and lead non-conformance management practices within the organization (QI/CAPA).
5. Support the internal, supplier and external audit programs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in related field

2. Minimum five years’ experience in Quality Assurance within an occupational health, laboratory or Medical Device business.

3. 3 years line management experience.

4. Strong knowledge of Quality management Systems e.g. ISO9001, ISO17025, ISO13485.

5. Experience working with electronic quality systems.
