Position: Quality Intern
As a Quality Engineer Intern you will be supporting the quality team on projects. You will be utilizing project management skills, support project estimates, timelines and deliverables. As a quality liaison, you will be interacting with all project stakeholders such as the Value Stream Managers, Project Coordinators, vendors, and sub-contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Be the Quality focal for the assigned projects.
- Responsible on the assigned projects with regards to the quality function.
- Supporting the team on quality and regulatory audits.
- Reviewing technical data and discerning requirements from a quality perspective.
- Coordinate with the wider quality team on the different quality projects as required.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as per business need.
- Liaison with quality team on the various quality processes impacting the project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Aviation would be preferred.
- No previous experience required.
- Knowledge in an aircraft/component maintenance environment is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality.
- Sound communication skills to effectively liaise with peers and personnel from different departments.
