Position: QA Technician
The Quality Control Technician samples and performs a variety of tests and inspections to ensure that quality control points are met or exceeded. Testing samples of raw and finished products ensures that materials are in compliance with both government regulations and customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Product QA Holds/QA Releases
- HACCP & HACQP checks
- Documentation, record keeping and file maintenance
Requirements:
- College diploma or 2 years experience
- Ability to read, understand and follow laboratory, sensory, and physical testing protocols and methods.
- Ability to use and maintain lab equipment
