A wonderful brand new hotel just 5 minutes away from Dubai Airport & 250 meter from GGICO metro station. 

Job Description

1. Execute efficient and cost effective purchasing for Food, Beverage, General and operating equipment
2. Liaise directly with Director of Food and Beverage/Executive Chef on all food and beverage requirements
3. Liaise with Department Heads for individual department requirements, provide them with alternatives and advise on cost effective procurement, economical order quantity and on setting the Par Stock levels for all the items
4. Conduct market survey on timely basis in order to study market innovation, new products, cost comparison etc
5. Enter in to quarterly agreement with suppliers for Fruits & Vegetable, Fish & Meat and any other regular supplies

Requirements:

1. Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
2. Must have the ability to multitask
3. Good communication skills
4. Ability to work under pressure
