Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Finance you will lead, develop, deliver and implement the procurement sourcing strategy whilst being responsible for all of the aspects of purchasing for the property

Responsibilities:

• Comply with Fairmont St Andrews Company standards of Service. 
• Assist in the selection, supervision, development, appraisal, counselling and disciplinary action of departmental associates
• Manage the team for which you are responsible and ensure that they are trained and monitored to carry out the Company’s processes
• Communicate to all relevant personnel the company procedures for all purchases and follow up with personnel who do not adhere to all the processes.   
• Maintain an efficient system handling, coding and tracking of products and communicate with accounting on invoices which need researching.      

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position
• Creative and passionate about hygiene standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
