Position: Purchasing Agent
The Purchasing Agent will be responsible for the sourcing and procurement of food, beverage and general supplies for the hotel. They will solicit competitive bids according to Four Seasons’ internal policies and procedures, monitor pricing, and communicate changes accordingly. The Purchasing Agent will be responsible for keeping pricing and product information updated in the purchasing system at all times.
- Experience in Purchasing or Accounting, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated negotiation skills
- Excellent Training & Development Programmes
- Guest Experience Program, including an overnight stay with breakfast
