Position: Public Relations Manager (UAEN)

To manage the public relations by representing the company when dealing with government bodies such as Immigration, MOHRE, Military Services, Dubai Courts, Health, Traffic, Municipality, Police and Chamber of Commerce for aspects such as obtaining visas, licenses, clearances, company immigration and employee grievences

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Immigration , Federal authority for identity and Labor Departments to obtain all the vis , Emirates ID and Work permit requirements of the Company to ensure all employees have the appropriate permits to work and be employed in the country
• Represent the organization before the industrial arbitration courts or other Labor tribunals for resolving issues related to the employees and the organization particularly as these institutions are conducted in Arabic
• Supervise and direct his subordinates when assigned to coordinate with different government departments and provide timely advice and assistance for accomplishment of their designated duties
