Job Description
Petrofac is currently looking to recruit a Proposals Engineer on a permanent basis based in Aberdeen, UK

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall delivery of individual tenders – on schedule, within budget and to highest quality
• Review all EOIs / ITTs and prepare applicable paperwork
• Responsible for supporting and enforcing proposals process
• Support the Business Capture/Business Development activities 
• Participate in Strategy and Bid / No Bid discussions
• Development of and responsibility for bid schedule
• Allocate responsibilities in conjunction with Bid Team Leader

Requirements:

• Ideally have previous experience working within a proposals environment and ideally degree qualified in relevant subjects (English, Law, Business etc.) 
• The candidate must have general knowledge of the oil and gas business and commercial / technical knowledge of oil and gas contracts is preferred
