Position: Programme Management (Cargo Facilities) Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Manager – Programme Management (Cargo Support Facilities) for our trusted client in the Aviation industry to be based out of their headquarters in Dubai.The purpose of this role is to manage the delivery of the projects/ programmes from brief/ business case through to entry into service/ handover.
- Lead the stakeholder engagement to define & document the core requirements of the project.
- Coordinate the Pre-Concept Design activities with the Design, Research &/or SME departments within company.
- Agree project scope, purpose, estimated costs/ timelines with Business Owner, Programme Lead & Investment Planning.
- Coordinate and support Brief / Business Case development with the Business Owner, SMEs and Investment Planning.
- Programme & Project Management, or Construction
- Management (CIOB) or similar or Building Services (CIBSE) or similar
- Project Scheduling, Risk & Issues Management, Budget Management, Procurement Strategy & Contract Administration, Stakeholder Management, etc.
- Operational Readiness Activation & Transition experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
