Job Description

• Analyze Market situation – Market sizing, competition activities, Market pricing, and general market developments and dynamics
• Plan and Drive Topline and Bottom-line Growth Plan of the category
• Fix the annual budget for PL categories together with Sales teams and agree on targets
• Monitor and review monthly sales and CTF performance
• Work with BA PL teams to develop the regional range, plan phase-in/phase-out and review the gen-plan
• Drive new Product introductions and model launches in conjunction with the Sales team, and other cross-functional teams
• Determine product pricing by utilizing competition market data; reviewing production costs and anticipating volumes

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
• Product Management Experience in Household Appliances Industry
• Food Preparation Major Appliances Category experience is a plus
• English is mandatory. Arabic and French are plus
