Job Description

• Assisting the Head of Procurement in day to day operations with regards to planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders, Local Purchase Orders, invoices and deliveries with vendors / suppliers and internally with departments.
• Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials and goods.
• Preparation of RFQ’s (Request for Quotation).
• Evaluate vendors, quotations to ensure that they are in line with the specification required and within the budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum 05 years in Procurement,  Supply Chain Management and Administration
• Work in diversified Business preferably in automotive industry
• Understanding of the Local, Regional and International Markets
• Mid-Career Level
• 30 to 40 Years
