Position: Procurement Manager
Boston, Massachusetts
The Procurement Manager will manage the procurement of services and equipment for all phases of TotalEnergies’ offshore wind projects, including permitting, site investigation surveys, site and resource assessments, design and engineering, and major component packages

Responsibilities:

• Lead all procurement processes in accordance with project’s contracting strategy and act as direct point of contact vis-à-vis suppliers
• Work with project team to develop and challenge technical and commercial scope specifications to clarify and to determine where more value can be created
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key offshore wind suppliers and other vendors
• Support negotiations of other local supply chain agreements, including port investments and supplier localization agreements
