Position: Process Engineer
Avon Lake, OH, USA
The Process Engineer will provide manufacturing support to all four areas of the department, implement operator project improvement ideas, support and/or lead capital projects, and support building systems such as MOC’s, RCA’s, PHA’s, PSSR’s, JSA’s and CHA’s. The position reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support the Manufacturing and Development process areas with safety, quality, and process improvements
• Ensure safe operations by observing all Health, Safety and Environmental (HS&E) procedures.  Update and standardize operating procedures in area.
• Understand the general concepts of ISO 9001 quality standards and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Interact daily with foreman and manufacturing engineers to successfully execute the operating plan
