Job Description

• The role is responsible for the planning, delivery and administration of all training and development activities in order to improve Smart Dubai’s team members’ knowledge, skills and competencies
• The role is responsible for identifying high achieving candidates for key positions and developing a succession plan for key positions across Smart Dubai
• Conduct daily operations ensuring that work processes are optimally delivered adopting a continuous improvement mindset
• Identify key gaps within the organization to develop the annual manpower recruitment plan

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or equivalent
