Job Description
Pricing and B2C Direct Marketing Manager owns the design and execution of Lubricants marketing initiatives for passenger cars and commercial trucks Original Equipment manufacturers (OEM), Franchised workshops (FWS), and Branded workshops (BIWS) and supports strategic brand building activities cross 8 Markets within the GCC and Levant area.

Responsibilities:

• Work with relevant stakeholders to develop & implement the marketing calendar for Direct B2C and Global Key Accounts (GKA) channels across the region
• Owns Marketing budget and spends for Direct B2C and GKA channels, ensures efficient post investment review process & return on investment reporting using relevant tools and systems
• Manage external agencies to help delivering marketing plans for respective channel
• Owns insights generation activities within the channel and translate them into meaningful activities delivering incremental and sustainable growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required and a Master’s degree is preferred
• Marketing experience within B2C environment
• Experience in distribution for FMCG or Auto Parts
• Pricing and Margin Management experience
• Extensive history of commercial experience in Marketing/Sales with thorough knowledge of the 4 P’s of marketing
