Job Description
Act as Implementation Manager (IM) for PLM business by contributing to improving time-revenue based KPIs for PLM based products. Accountable for end-to-end implementation for cash management including project plan preparations and seamless executions. The individual will be responsible for the implementation life cycle, and project management, by exploring customer’s detailed requirements against cash management mandates and appropriately formulating project plans.

Responsibilities:

1. Actively Contribute to the standardization of implementation processes while Mashreq Bank continues our rapid growth

2. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process

3. All the client requests to be responded / actioned / Implemented on real time basis.

4. Maintain consistent and concise internal communication across multiple teams

5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

1. Ability to work under high pressure

2. Make sure to meet SLA, KPI on regular basis in the process. 

3. 3 years + of experience in customer facing and/or project management in a technical context

4. Participate and review client agreement, service standard and service quality to ensure that we exceed the expectation of our clients.

5. Assist our clients in understanding and using our transaction banking products and channels
