Job Description
The primary focus of this position involves meeting and exceeding the needs of our colleagues and leaders to inspire them to deliver an outstanding experience for our guests and for each other.  This role will assist the CE Payroll Manager, educate our colleagues on internal Hyatt systems and processes, and be the point of contact for our colleagues in the Colleague Lounge

Responsibilities:

• Assist the CE Payroll Manager with processing payroll including and not limited to timecard reconciliation and balancing of other earnings.
• Assist with Wisely pay cards and funding, tracking tuition reimbursement, referral Checks and Alight Bills.
• Submit weekly payroll reports
• Process MN checks and payroll adjustments for colleagues
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for our colleagues
• Serve as a resource and support for colleague engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Previous payroll experience strongly preferred, ideally with ADP, Wisely and/or Kronos
• Previous hospitality, Human Resources and/or payroll experience preferred, ideally 1–3 years.
