Job Description
The Pastry Cook should be comfortable in a fast paced kitchen and passionate to learn about the world of baking and pastry. Though previous pastry experience is not required, it is a plus. The Pastry Cook should have a basic understanding of pastry/baking techniques and how to work safe and efficiently in a kitchen. 

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant experience, preferably pastry and or fine dining required.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
• Capable of following recipes and able to communicate clearly with coworkers and management.
• Plated dessert experience preferred.
• Knowledge of vegan desserts, healthier dessert options, and alternative sweeteners preferred.
• Knowledge of chocolate and confections preferred.
