Job Description
The Partnerships Activation Lead supports the Partnerships Manager who is the head of global partnerships in cultivating and maintaining relationships between DP World and multilaterals, rights and benefits owners, and academic institutions. The Partnerships Activation Lead (PAL) is responsible for identifying, securing, and coordinating suitable engagements for DP World senior executives

Responsibilities:

• Manage opportunities within the current suite of rights and benefits for each partnership in which DP World is currently engaged
• Understand the company’s goals, objectives, and agenda and identify relevant opportunities with global show organisers and rights and benefits holders
• Work closely with global communications, sports and experiential agencies to ensure that DP World’s participation at every engagement is well thought-through and employs a 360-degree approach
• For speaking opportunities, manage the logistics and fulfil relevant requests from the organisers on behalf of DP World and the selected executive spokesperson
• Prepare briefing papers and organise briefing meetings with SMEs to ensure the C-Level Executive has the relevant information before the engagement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree; Minimum 5-8 years in managing key aspects of the delivery of rights and benefits client or agency side
• A process-driven individual and proven project manager with a positive and proactive approach to everything they do
• Self-starter who thrives under pressure, can prioritise multiple projects, take the initiative and is driven to achieve results in a dynamic environment
• The ability and confidence to deal with all levels of the organisation, up to senior executives
• Fast and capable with a strong work and teamwork ethic, attention to detail and a commitment to quality; ability to prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines
