Abu Dhabi Global Market is an international financial centre and free zone located on Al Maryah Island in the United Arab Emirates’s capital, Abu Dhabi.
Position: Paralegal – Policy & Legal
The Para-Legal is to assist the Sr. Executive Director, Policy & Legal Division, in the process of preparation and finalization of draft regulations and other legislation needed for the effective regulation of financial services in the ADGM. They will also help with any other tasks to assist the legal, Policy & Legal functions of the Division including discovery, investigating facts, researching, and many other facets of law.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the improvement and management of processes and procedures for the team
- Conduct research for team members on areas of relevance to the team and its objectives.
- Maintain a Legal Advice Log of all legal advices provided by the legal team and also any advices provided to the ADGM by external legal services providers
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in working with or for an international regulatory body
- Worked in a financial services environment
- Proficient in Arabic
