Job Description
To assist the legal team with legal advice and support to the business. To support the Company Secretary with management of the board and PLC corporate matters.

Responsibilities:

1. To help the legal team in performing their role supporting the businesses legal requirements on both an administrative level and to provide legal support as required. 
2. Responsibilities will include assisting with monthly board packs / company secretarial duties / organising board meetings amongst other things.
3. Also, the role will be to assist the legal function with administration and to provide legal support at a level appropriate to the role.
4. As a Paralegal you should be highly motivated, with technical flair, excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
