Position: OS Management Trainee
Dubai, UAE
It’s a 1-year program. The jobholder will play a key role of coordination between Customers, Supply & Transport Planning team while effectively contributing to our P&L. To support line manager to manage spare parts and C&A (Consumables& Accessories) sales to achieve the target with the planned margin and growth
Responsibilities:
- Active selling & grow pipeline; proactively approach customers to capture their orders by closely following up their pipeline
- Monitor the margin all time and align with the LM on the pricing when needed
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Review and verify orders information’s and shipping instructions to ensure 100% accuracy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business or other relevant disciplines
- Advanced computer software skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot tables)
- Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization and work effectively in a team environment
- Must have strong attention to details
