Position: Oil & Gas Rep Development Program

As a Field Representative, you will begin your development in a Training Class. Following the training class, you will enter rotational assignments tailored to an industry or distribution service (dealer development) career path.This is a position designed to build the employees skill sets within a specific industry and to help prepare you for future field rep as an Oil & Gas Rep.
Responsibilities:
- counselling dealers in developing increased human performance capability
- providing guidance on existing and potential customer service issues and improvement measures within one industry
- assisting dealers on forecast, sales/rental/used strategy planning and sales techniques
Requirements:
- 2 – 5 years of professional experience maximum
- Must be willing to travel extensively (20%-50%)
- Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
