Job Description
To manage & support sales team to drive monthly targets and revenue growth. Manage the individual sales team members, to build a positive work culture wherein the team gives their best efforts towards reaching individual & collective targets

Responsibilities:

• Build a sales strategy for the team, to achieve monthly & annual sales target.
• Guide & lead as an example to show how sales targets can be achieved.
• Motivate and support the team to develop the team member?s performance.
• Driving monthly targets and revenue growth.
• Defining objectives and individual targets based on department`s KPI

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree. Mandatory Previous experience of managing telesales team with proven high performance/achievementsPreferred
• B2B sales experience in Telco industry
• Minimum five years experience of handling Tele-sales outbound team
