Job Description

• Engage with key business stakeholders on complex OD issues and solicit agreement and support on sensitive and potentially contentious organization design ad sizing strategies.
• Champion manpower efficiencies, organization design principles and establish governance mechanisms to uphold targeted manpower efficiencies OD principles on spans, layers and grade to grade reporting.
• Drive OD, manpower planning process re-engineering, change management programmers and implement intervention plans to address dysfunctional aspects of processes, procedures, structures and systems.
• Conduct benchmarking studies of efficiencies and advise on long term efficiency opportunities across various divisions within EAG
• Drive the requirements with COEs in organizational development to address reward and benefits, succession planning, workforce engagement & development.

Requirements:

• University Degree education in Industrial Engineering with optional master’s in Operations Research 
• Professional Change Management certification with Lean Six Sigma GB or BB  is an advantage.    
• At least 3 years relevant experience in Organizational Design role
