Job Description
Inspiring and engaging. As a NightManager, you will show your leadership and interpersonal strengths to maximize the Overnight Rooms Operations, and ensure an exceptional guest journey.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all aspects of the Rooms departments and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
2. Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
3. Maximize rooms revenue through participating in yield management meetings and implementing supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practices

Requirements:

1. Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
2. Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
3. Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
4. Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
