NFPC (National Food Products Company) founded & serving the nation for more than 48 years with the establishment of a dairy production facility in the middle of the Arabian Desert.
Job Description
- Operation of UHT Treatment & Al Safe Tank Operation.
- Verify Pre-check list, Post Check list on daily basis. Any deviation to be notified to the Production Supervisor & Maintenance Department.
- Monitor UHT Treatment & Al Safe Tanks frequently (every 30 mins) & document it.
- During UHT Treatment, if any abnormalities would affect product safety, immediate decision has to be taken to temporarily stop the production and inform to supervisor for further action.
- Ensure CIP Operation as per the production sop.
- Compliance with Health & Safety & Personal Hygiene.
- Follow HACCP, GMP procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Dairy Technology.
- 2-5 years experience in Dairy & Juice Plant.
