Job Description
The main purpose why this position exists is to ensure the attraction (s) is operated with utmost attention to safety and exemplary presentation standards

Responsibilities:

1. Validate that the attraction have passed the Maintenance Daily Check
2. Handles the panel operations for the ride / attraction
3. Maintain cleanliness and good order in the attraction area
4. Manages the Grouping for the ride in relation to normal, single riders, Fast Pass and premium Q line guests
5. Check the compliance of all safety regulation before running the attraction
6. Provides the first level answer to Guest complaints or escalate it to the Team Leader
7. Monitors the consumables ( 3D glasses ) and maintains and inventory for the same
8. Adhere to the parks / attractions code of conduct, grooming and uniform standards

Requirements:

1. High School Education
2. 1 year previous experience in Service / Entertainment / Hospitality industry
3. Excellent Guest and employee services skills
4. Ability to handle / interact with children
5. Adapt to a changing work environment
6. Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
