Position:Service Administrator
We are currently looking for a Service Administrator to work in our service department at our Temple Fortune dealership. The role of the service administrator is t o provide administrative support to all areas of the Aftersales department and support other functions as directed by Aftersales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Job pack preparation Fleet management of MBRG and MBUK supplied vehicles
- Prioritising all invoicing and release note
- To manage the Used Car warranty claim process
Requirements:
- Ideally previous experience within the automotive industry
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills
- Good administration/organisation skills
