Position: MEP Supervisor (HVAC, Electrical, PL)
This position assumes supervision responsibility for efficient and productive day‐to‐day operations of all operational staff. Additionally, this position is responsible for overseeing work conducted by Foremans, workers, & subcontractors working in conjunction with providing advice and technical guidance to the superiors. Should be able to guide and oversee the requirement of Manpower, Material, etc. in line with the project manager and engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination within the MEP services. MEP pre-fab experience will be added benefit.
• HVAC Works include all types of ducting, piping, chilled water piping works, Chiller, Cooling Tower, BMS, Smoke management, HVAC Pre-commissioning, TAB, T&C, etc.
• Electrical & ELV works including 1st fix (Slab casting, plaster clearance, etc), 2nd fix, final fixtures, T&C, Authority requirements, coordination with other services, etc. LV Cable Laying, Glanding, Termination and Related works. DB Dressing
