Position: Melting Engineer (Casting Plant)
Excellent Opportunity with a leading manufacturing company in UAE.To be successful in this role you must have strong years of experience in Pumps castings production – Melting production ( Pump casing, Impeller (Bronze).. etc)

Requirements:

• Strong Knowledge about Gray cast iron, Spheroidal graphite and Bronze Castings Melt preparation grade wise.
• Experience in Induction furnace Melting (like Electrotherm) and Pouring of the Metal in Lip Pouring and Tea spout ladle
• Knowledge of Metallurgical and chemical analysis, knowledge of equipment spectrometer, CE meter , metallurgical microscope with image analyzer, & Physical testing – micro / brinnel hardness tester m/c, knowledge of calibration activity of instruments etc.
