Position: Mechanical Inspector
The Mechanical Inspector will provide accurate and efficient inspection of complex mechanical components, work-in-progress sub-assemblies, and finished product to the requirements of approved engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Program, operate and maintain automated CMM and Hommel optical measurement systems.
• Maintain calibration status of measuring equipment using both internal references and external calibration services.
• Maintain Certificates of Conformity and other relevant documentation received with delivered and manufactured items, as required.

Requirements:

• 5 GCSE’s, grades A ~ C to include English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Experience of working within a disciplined ISO 9001:2015 business.
• Must be comfortable working under pressure, within a busy team environment.
