Job Description
In this exciting role, you’ll partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, Operations, Strategy, & Marketing to discover, define, validate and illustrate new journeys/workflows/service blueprint based on deep understanding of customer and partner (restaurant and rider) needs

Responsibilities:

• Use design research techniques to uncover customer needs and pain points.
• Understand, analyze and map complex journeys and processes.
• Build tailored artifacts such as presentations, reports, visual maps, service maps, sophisticated journey maps, service blueprints, progress reports, etc. to help teams understand and drive relevant paths forward.
• Lead and mentor more junior team members in the delivery of service design deliverables.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members.
• Plan and lead co-creation workshops with internal stakeholders and partners as part of analysis and design of new processes.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in service design or related role such as user experience design or design research (min 5 years); bonus if background is startup/tech industry
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as service design, UX design, graphic design, design research, psychology or design management.
