Job Description
The job holder is responsible for aligning the brand’s strategic direction along with development of long terms and short term marketing plans and execution for designated geography. Also responsible for market share, brand equity, agency management and financial performance of brand

Responsibilities:

1. Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values for developing and delivering Annual Marketing/ Category/ Product Group/ Brand Plan in respect of Volumes, Market Share and Margins in Domestic markets; as consistent with the annual business plan
2. For generating long term customer / consumer demand and salience for categories, group of products / brands and to this end develop a Marketing Strategy
3. For generating Marketing campaigns and determining appropriate Media-mix viz: TV, Print, hoarding, radio, point of sales and internet etc
4. For determining marketing / consumer research objectives with regard to existing and new products, initiating market research and integrating research findings to product plans
5. To Launch New Products / New Packs / Packaging as planned

Requirements:

1. 6 – 14 yrs. of relevant experience in assigned categories and products
2. Experience in assigned geographies
3. Strong analytical skills
4. Capability to think for long term benefit of the brand
5. Must have a Degree and Maters in Marketing is preferable
