Employer Description
Majid Al Futtaim is an Emirati holding company based in Dubai, that as of 2015 owned and operated shopping malls, retail, and leisure establishments in the Middle East and North Africa, with operations in 13 countries

Responsibilities:

1. Support key stakeholders in the development of project specific “vision” documents, by producing competent interior planning solutions, with a strong understanding of developing a customer journey and designing stimulating spaces and touchpoints, in accordance with the project brief and MAF standards.
2. Lead the development of design, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards, and other documents relating to the concept design validation with the support of the team where required.
3. Research interior design trends, materials, and products sourcing.
4. Understand and incorporate stakeholder requirements (e.g. Leasing, Development, operations) in the project design while adhering to the Design Brief and maintaining MAF design standards.
5. Manage external stakeholders to ensure that feasibility, program, design/technical efficiencies, quality of design documentation is in accordance with MAF standards, and the project brief and business requirements for projects are achieved through to completion.

Requirements:

1. 7-10 years of work experience in Mixed use developments, shopping malls design, retail design and/or commercial building design with reputed companies in GCC or abroad
2. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and/or Architecture
